Sharon is a Physician Assistant, Founder and Chair of APP2APP Virtual Lectures, Inc. She has a background in Obgyn, Cognitive Neurology and Academia. She left her position in the Penn Memory Center, at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, in Sept of 2021 to have more time to build up APP2APP to help other PAs and NPs.
Sharon currently works at MyCatholicDoctor , providing NaProTechnology ObGyn services and Primary Care-Mental Health services. She built an additional Educational website to help both her patients and providers around the country:

Sharon has been a PA since 2003. In 2013, she developed a medical arm for a Pregnancy Care Center in West Palm Beach, Fl. In 2017 she assisted in the development of a novel Inpatient TeleNeurology Program with faculty at the Thomas Jefferson University Department of Neuroscience.
From 2018 to 2021, she saw patients and served as sub-investigator on multiple clinical trials with faculty at the University of Pennsylvania in the Penn Memory Center.
Dr. Alicia Duyvejonck is a headache specialist nurse practitioner currently practicing in Davenport Iowa. She developed and opened Iowa’s first dedicated headache clinic and has been involved in numerous educational activities with a goal of increasing the availability of quality headache care throughout the state. She has had over 10 years of experience caring for patients with neurological conditions as a nurse practitioner. Her practice is focused on use of evidence-based medicine, the multi-disciplinary care team and shared decision-making for optimization of patient outcomes.
Dr. Duyvejonck received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Iowa University in 2014. She earned her Added Qualification in Headache certification through the National Headache Foundation in 2018 and is highly involved in local, state, regional and national headache education in a variety of capacities. She also serves on leadership boards for the National Headache Foundation, the Association of Migraine Disorders, and the Quad Cities NP/AP Alliance.
Dr Avanecean is the Hartford Healthcare Medical Group-Epilepsy APRN, and she is a member of the Hartford Healthcare APP Council and Academics Committee. Donna's career pathway in the neurosciences first began in 1979 as a staff nurse inNeurology and Neurosurgery. Throughout her career she has made significant contributions to
patient care through lectures, leadership, professional activities and publications.
Dr. Avanecean is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology and American
Epilepsy Society. She has served in the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses as
Director at Large at both the Local and National levels and then as President of the organization.
In addition, she has served as Board of Trustee, Treasurer and President for the American Board
of Neuroscience Nurses. She is currently an active member of the Connecticut Advanced
Practice Registered Nurse Society where she is currently serving as Immediate Past President.
Dr. Avanecean was inducted as a Distinguished Fellow in the National Academies of Practice.
Dr. Avanecean is a contributing author to the Core Curriculum of Neuroscience Nurses and has
lectured on various neuroscience topics at both the state and national levels.
Brian is a Physician Assistant with over 20 years of clinical experience. He completed his Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology at Boise State University and a Master’s degree in Nutritional Biochemistry from Oregon State University. Brian then completed his Physician Assistant degree at Idaho State University.
Currently, Brian is the Respiratory and Allergy Care Coordinator for the Terry Reilly Health Centers in Boise Idaho. Along with managing internal referrals for pulmonary care from almost 80 providers, Brian is the clinical supervisor for Terry Reilly’s three busy urgent care clinics. He is also the current Conference Chair and Past President of the Association of Physician Assistants in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and past member of the Idaho State Asthma Collaborative.
Brian has published multiple articles on asthma care, and has been teaching for 16 years for both the Idaho State University PA and NP programs . He is the primary pulmonary speaker for the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and trying to survive Spartan races. He is also an avid birder.
Nancy has served in executive management, board, and consulting roles throughout her career. She was a nonprofit Executive Director at Bucks County Housing Group and Willow Grove Community Development Corporation, and was Navy Housing Director at several military bases for 20 years. She has extensive experience in social services, program management, research, and operations. Nancy has also worked on boards of several nonprofit organizations, and volunteered as a site coordinator/advanced preparer for an IRS tax program.
Her education includes an MS in Organization and Management from La Salle University in Philadelphia, and BA in Psychology and BSW in Social Welfare from Pennsylvania State University. In addition, Nancy is a licensed real estate broker with professional credentials in facilities and property management. She has received many special awards, commendations, and recognition for achievements in helping organizations and in service to others.
